People sent notice that their private information was potentially involved in the February 2025 AIS InfoSource data incident may qualify for reimbursement, lost-time payments, and credit monitoring under a proposed class action settlement.
The class includes U.S. residents who received notice that their personally identifiable information may have been involved. The information may have included names, Social Security numbers, and financial account numbers. Benefits include two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete services, one-bureau monitoring, and $1 million in financial-fraud insurance; documented losses may be reimbursed up to $5,000, and lost time may be claimed for up to four hours at $20 per hour, up to $80.
Claims must be submitted online or postmarked by October 12, 2026. The opt-out and objection deadline is September 11, 2026. Final approval is scheduled for October 13, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Central. The case is Allen et al. v. AIS InfoSource, L.P., No. 2026-18098, District Court for Harris County, Texas. AIS denies wrongdoing and the court has not decided liability.
