Because we help connect consumers with law firms, please read the sharing section carefully — it describes how your information may be provided to third-party firms.

The most important thing to know: when you submit an eligibility or contact form, we may share the information you provide with one or more third-party law firms and legal service providers ("Participating Firms") so they can evaluate your potential claim and contact you. We may receive compensation for these referrals.

We may also share information:

  • with service providers who support the Site (hosting, analytics, communications, and lead-management vendors) under confidentiality obligations;
  • to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Class Action Pulse, our users, or others;

We do not sell your information for unrelated third-party marketing outside of the lead-referral purpose described above. Once your information is shared with a Participating Firm, that firm's use of your information is governed by its own privacy practices.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
