People who paid rent at certain multifamily properties using RealPage rental-pricing software may qualify for money from $359,925,000 in proposed class action settlements. Plaintiffs allege property owners and managers conspired to fix and inflate apartment rents through RealPage products and competitively sensitive information. Settling defendants deny wrongdoing, and the court has not decided liability.
