Overview

The proposed settlement would resolve claims arising from a targeted cyberattack on Lester and Rosalie Anixter Center's computer systems in July 2023. Certain files containing private information may have been accessed. The case is Cardenas v. Lester and Rosalie Anixter Center, No. 2025LA000252, in the Circuit Court of Sangamon County, Illinois. Anixter denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided the claims.
