Overview

Bayhealth Medical Center agreed to settle a proposed class action alleging that third-party tracking pixels on Bayhealth web pages violated privacy laws. Bayhealth denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided which side is right. The case is Doe et al. v. Bayhealth Medical Center Inc., d/b/a Bayhealth, Case No. N24C-09-002 FJJ, in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.

Who qualifies

• You reside in the settlement class identified from Bayhealth's records.
• You used a Bayhealth.org page with a button linking to the Bayhealth MyChart login page, or used the Bayhealth MyChart patient portal, between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2025.
• You did not exclude yourself from the settlement.

What you could receive

Class members may claim a one-time $25 cash payment, one year of CyEx Privacy Shield, or both. The privacy service includes dark-web and compromised-password scanning, privacy tools, and access to a fraud-resolution agent. No receipts or explanation are required for the $25 payment.
