The proposed settlement would resolve claims arising from a July 2023 incident affecting limited portions of Bradford-Scott Data's network. Certain files may have contained Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account information, credit card numbers, or debit card numbers. The case is Webster, et al. v.
