The settlement resolves allegations concerning a May 2024 cyberattack on Gas Express systems in which files containing private information were accessed. The case is Brittany Canup, et al. v. Gas Express, LLC d/b/a Circle K, No. 25EV012357, in the State Court of Fulton County, Georgia. Circle K denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided which side is right.

What you could receive
Class members may claim up to $2,000 for actual, documented out-of-pocket losses caused by the incident, subject to a $45,000 aggregate cap for that benefit. Instead, class members may choose a $50 alternative payment without proof; the administrator says that option is capped at 700 valid claims. All class members may also claim two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete with $1 million in financial fraud insurance.
