Overview

A proposed $1 million settlement would resolve Highfill, et al. v. Clay-Platte Family Medicine Clinic, P.C., et al., Case No. 4:24-cv-00704-SRB, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Plaintiffs allege that cybercriminals accessed clinic servers around June 26, 2024 and potentially obtained personal and protected health information.
