Overview

Concord Hospital and affiliated entities agreed to a proposed settlement of claims that Google Analytics, Geonetric, and other tracking technology allegedly intercepted users' communications or disclosed protected health information. The court has not decided which side is right. The case is Branson v. Concord Hospital Inc. et al., No. 217-2024-CV-00295, in Hillsborough Superior Court in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Who qualifies

  • You used a Concord Hospital web property between May 9, 2021 and June 12, 2026.
  • Google or Geonetric allegedly intercepted your communications while you used a covered Concord web property; or
  • Your protected health information may have been disclosed to Google, Geonetric, or another online tracking technology while you used a covered Concord web property.

What you could receive

Class members who submit valid, timely claim forms may receive a pro rata share of the net settlement fund after court-approved fees, costs, awards, and administration expenses. The final payment depends on the number of approved claims and will not be issued unless the settlement becomes final.
