Overview

The proposed $5.5 million settlement would resolve consolidated claims arising from unauthorized access to the portion of Doxim's network supporting its credit union services beginning around December 30, 2023. The case is In re Doxim, Inc. Data Security Incident Litigation, No. 2:24-cv-11550, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. The defendants deny wrongdoing, and the court has not decided the claims.
