Overview

A proposed $8.25 million settlement would resolve A.B., et al. v. Google LLC, et al., Case No. 5:23-cv-03101, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuit concerns alleged collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from children under 13 using Google Play apps. Google and AdMob Google deny the allegations and wrongdoing, and the court has not granted final approval.

What you could receive

Google and AdMob Google agreed to establish an $8.25 million settlement fund. After approved administration costs, taxes, attorneys’ fees, costs, and service awards, the remaining fund will be distributed proportionally among settlement class members who submit valid claims. The final payment amount depends on the number of approved claims.

How to file your claim
