Overview

A proposed $812,900 settlement would resolve Julianne Cook, et al. v. Legends Hospitality, LLC, Index No. 106468/2025, in the Superior Court for New York County, New York. The lawsuit concerns targeted cyberattacks in November 2024, December 2024, and January 2025 that allegedly exposed files containing private information.
