LifeStance Health Group, Inc. agreed to settle a class action lawsuit, Montana Strong, et al. v. LifeStance Health Group Incorporated, pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. The lawsuit alleges LifeStance used certain third-party tracking technologies — commonly known as pixels — on its public website to collect and disclose patients' personally identifiable information to third parties. LifeStance denies the allegations. The settlement establishes subclass funds from which eligible class members who file a valid claim can receive a pro rata cash payment.

• You were a LifeStance patient or website user whose information was allegedly collected and disclosed through tracking pixels on LifeStance's public website.
• You submit a valid, timely claim form (submitting a claim is the only way to receive a payment).

What you could receive

Submitting a claim form is the only way to be eligible to receive a pro rata cash payment from the Settlement Subclass 1 Fund or Settlement Subclass 2 Fund. The final per-person amount depends on the number of valid claims filed. No benefits will be issued unless the court approves the settlement and it becomes final.
