A proposed settlement would resolve Corralejo v. Lucent Health Solutions, LLC, Case No. 25C2679, in the Circuit Court for Davidson County, Tennessee. The lawsuit concerns an October 2023 cyberattack that allegedly allowed access to files with private health-plan information. Lucent Health denies wrongdoing, and the court has not yet granted final approval.

An $80 alternative cash payment is available instead of the other cash benefits. Aggregate cash payments are capped at $1.95 million and may be reduced pro rata.
