Overview
NJ Lenders Corp agreed to settle a class action lawsuit over an August 2025 targeted cyberattack in which files containing private information were allegedly accessed. The information may have included names, Social Security numbers and other non-public personally identifiable information. NJ Lenders denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided who is right.
