The amount may be reduced pro rata so that class payments, administration costs, attorneys' fees and costs, and any service award do not exceed the $18,842,577 aggregate cap. Only one approved claim per class member per telephone number is allowed. The official notice states a claim may be denied if the claimant made an online or in-store O'Reilly purchase during the 18 months before the texts.
