Overview

The settlement resolves allegations that a targeted cyberattack on Physicians' Primary Care systems in September 2024 allowed access to files containing names, Social Security numbers, personally identifiable information, and private health information. The case is Cirillo et al. v. Physicians Primary Care of Southwest Florida, P.L., No. 2024-CA-007737, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida. Physicians' Primary Care denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided which side is right.
