STIIIZY, Inc. agreed to settle a class action lawsuit, In Re: STIIIZY Inc. Data Breach Security Litigation (Case No. 2:25-cv-00490, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California). The lawsuit alleges STIIIZY committed legal violations in connection with an October 2024 data breach — announced by the company on January 7, 2025 — in which certain information was stolen from STIIIZY's servers. STIIIZY denies the allegations and denies all liability. The settlement class includes all persons whose personally identifiable information or private health information was accessed, compromised, or stolen in the incident, with a subclass for individuals who were California residents when doing business with STIIIZY.
