Flo Health Inc., et al., No. 3:21-cv-00757, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuit alleged that software development kits in the Flo period and ovulation tracker app shared information related to users' menstruation and pregnancy. The settling defendants deny the allegations, deny that personal or health information was shared, and deny wrongdoing. The court has not decided those claims against the settling defendants.
